Sc6206 series is a CMOS voltage regulator with high ripple rejection, low power consumption, low voltage difference, over-current and short circuit protection. These ones here
The device has a very low static bias current (6.0 μ a typ.), which can provide 250mA output when the difference between input and output voltage is very small
Current, and can still maintain a good adjustment rate. Due to the small voltage difference between the input and output and the small static bias current, these devices are particularly suitable
