Product description
Mp503 gas sensor is air quality gas sensor. The heater and the metal oxide semiconductor gas sensing layer are formed on both sides of the micro Al2O3 ceramic substrate by the multi-layer thick film manufacturing process, which are led out by the electrode lead and sealed by the TO-5 metal shell. When there is a detected gas in the ambient air, the conductivity of the sensor changes. The higher the concentration of the gas, the higher the conductivity of the sensor. Using a simple circuit, the change of conductivity can be converted into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration.
